Delivery Options (UK Orders)

When placing an order through our store, you’ll be able to choose from a selection of shipping options to best suit your needs.

We use Royal Mail as our primary courier for UK orders:

Royal Mail Tracked 24 – FREE on all UK orders (1–2 working days)

Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1PM – £9.50 on all UK orders (guaranteed next working day by 1PM after dispatch).

If you require your item urgently, we recommend selecting the Royal Mail Special Delivery service at checkout.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier.

However, all parcels are sent insured, so in the unlikely event that your item is lost in transit, you are fully covered.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping via UPS Standard Tracked.

All international orders are shipped with tracking to ensure peace of mind.

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in your order total. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your country’s customs policies.

We are not liable for any customs fees incurred upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office if you are unsure about potential charges before placing your order.
